This is a great product because of its thin design to get under delicate grilled items. The steel is first rate, the design is well thought out, the weight is just right.

The spatula is well constructed and large to lift the biggest burger up. the front edge is beveled so that it just gets under the item and lifts. I look forward to using both on the grill and in the house.

This spatula is built to last. It is a serious tool made of really good materials. I love the beveled edges. You can buy and use with confidence. As of this writing, I've only owned it for 1 month+, but it is clearly superior to my old spatula.
