[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me preface with the following information: we have three (3) large dogs and live in a town that is buffeted by fairly consistent winds; add to that a number of wildfires already this season. I have severe asthma triggered by allergies and dust - pretty much anything can set it off! We purchased the Bissell air purifier last October and there was an instant change to the air quality in our home. I haven't been sick once this season, and when I installed the Replacement HEPA + Pre-Filter & Activated Carbon Filter Pack I was astonished at what the previous filters had pulled out of our air! Replacement is a snap - the order is already in for the next set! I am so impressed, I am going to put one in our bedroom.
