This product works great! Had a rental unit with issues of black mold and cleaned it all up but the smell was disgusting and once I had the purifier up and running it got rid of the musty smell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The air 220 has been a life saver. I am improving my home so dust is everywhere. I also have three cats. Since it is winter; It is hard to keep the windows open for fresh air. These conditions have made sinus problems become triggered. Since buying the air 220 there is a very noticeable difference in the dust accumulation on furniture. Cat hair is no match either. Before this purchase my house always had tumbleweeds (loose hairs that roll when the heat kicks on). This is a thing of the past. The unit is quiet and powerful, which pulls all the loose hairs into the prefilter, which makes wiping off the hair for disposal very easy.

With all of the wildfires this year (Summer/Fall of 2020), we were concerned about the level of smoke and particulates we were being exposed to. With the Bissel Air220 working in our living room/kitchen/dinning area, we are breathing easy. We also bought 2 of the Bissel "MyAir Personal Air Purifiers" for use in the bedrooms of our cabin. We sleep very well with these Bissel products working for us.

Especially with the seasons changing and a cat in the home it had kept runny noses and difficult breathing to a minimum. Im not quite sure how we made it through these season changes without the purifier before but thank you bissell sooo much for some much needed relief during these changing seasons!!

We did some calculations to ensure that we purchased enough of these to change the air in the room approximately 10 times per hour. These seemingly work as advertised. It is easy to access the filters. They are not silent, but they are quiet enough to be acceptable in an ensemble including wind instruments and a drum set. I would and did recommend these.
