Prefer Air400, But only because of a humming noise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like it, but much prefer the air400. I wanted a smaller purifier for my bedroom,I"d been pushing the Air400 back & forth. However this one makes an annoying humming sound on low. If I turn it up the fan it will cover it, but then it's just over all noisier, but the sound of the fan is preferable to the sound of the hum. Bissell was great when I asked about returning it, which I'm still on the fence about. And they've been great with any questions I'v had with my original purchase, the Air400. I'm in CA, & have relatives & family in OR, I have recommended the Air400 to numerous people as well as online chats. Both states are struggling with horrible air & more & more people are looking for help.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 dogs and 3 cats inside a 330 sq ft tiny house along with 2 adults and a child. On top of the pet dander, we also had a dust problem prior to running this unit. This one unit is cleaning the air inside the whole house from its perch on top of my refrigerator. We can definitely breathe better! We keep it in auto mode so it runs more or less as needed. So far we have not had to change the filters, but it will be easy to do when the time comes. Unit is made of quality sturdy materials - not a cheap plastic product like some other companies.
