Doesn't work correctly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was enjoying the quietness and better air quality for the first few weeks of using this but lately it just doesn't seem to work correctly and finding a solution is still a work in progress. It only stays in auto mode and the knob to change that doesn't seem to work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
