[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bissell air220 Air Purifier is an amazing air purifier. The unit is large but not bulky, fits my decor and covers a wide capacity. I chose to place it in my bedroom. I suffer from seasonal allergies and have carpeting in my bedroom so having the purifier there was the right move. The unit comes with an instructional booklet that only offered basic generic directions. I however figured out how to set the device on automatic. The unit is heavy enough to remain sturdy if it ever gets bumped.The automatic setting allows the purifier to turn on once it detect impurities in the room. There is a pointer on the front that reflects the level of purity in the room and it shows how clean the air is. The device releases a cool breeze that helps in cooling down the room. When the lights are on the pointer on the front lights up blue, when the room is dark the light tuns off as to not disturb. I wore some perfume and walked by the purifier and an orange color light chipped on and the cleaning was intensified. The unit comes equipped with two three filters, one for hairs and large particles, one for finer particles and a carbon filter to trap toxicity in the air. The perfume scent then vanished.I have been able to sleep more soundly and the air in my room is significantly crisper as opposed to when I used my previous purifier. My room smells fresh and feels light. I have since shared my appreciation and satisfaction of the Bissell 220 air purifier with my friends and family. They too suffer from some form or another of allergies and all of them have expressed their interest in making their purchase. I need one in every room of my home. I cannot live without from this point

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used the Bissell air 220 for three days in my home and noticed a dramatic change in air quality. Super quiet on low mode and space saving with the flat like vertible stance compared to most purifiers. The carbon filter works excellent to remove smells from the air. All in all this will be replacing my Vornado Air filter as it does do a lot better. My only one complaint would be the length of Plug-in cord seems on the short side of convenience for optional placement areas.
