Maybe I got a defective one?

Unfortunately, this purchase didn't work out for me. I've had this item for maybe 1 month, and after about 2 uses it started not working properly. The two main issues are: 1. it started to be REALLY loud, like distractingly loud even on its lowest setting, and 2. The nice, rumbling vibration it had the first one or two times I used it was lost and it now has this really unpleasant buzzing that doesn't feel like a sex toy should feel. It feels really off and it doesn't put off very much vibration, and I really don't require a strong vibe. I haven't had it that long, never submerged it in water, I don't think I did anything wrong with charging or storage, but sadly it just doesn't work correctly, is too loud, and it's sensation it provides is no longer pleasurable. It's sad because I had high hopes for this one, and it's possible I have a defective one? Not sure, but because of my experience I would not recommend.
