Stopped working, no support for this product

Stopped working after a couple months of use, and can't even get any support for it as the support page requires the serial number and after entering the serial number on the bulb, the site claims that there is no product with that number.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Interesting concept but not great application

If you have a light fixture that takes two bulbs its gonna be difficult to manage them both because you cannot have that in sync and you do need to keep the light switch on. One of the two I bought's white light burned all of a sudden pretty fast, the colors other than white do not seem to be dimmable and are way darker than white.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Work for two weeks, then impossible to connect.

Two of the five bulbs that I bought will no longer connect. No matter what I try they wont reconnect to the wifi or the app. Very disappointing, would not recommended.

The bulb itself works perfect! Light is bright and the range of colors/brightness covers everything the one may need at home. Connectivity is also without any issues.
The only caveat for myself is I am not sure how to use it in everyday routine. I am not carrying my phone all day around. So, sometimes I am flipping the light switch in the middle of the day and get very dimmed soft light that I set up yesterday night. I am still looking how to adjust :)
