Fresh out of the box today, I was able to rough out two 18' rows on tough, dry, virgin land... 60V 4A battery lasted a little over an hour. For it's size and price, this thing is a work horse for small projects. The only issue I have is that the handle is too high. I'd love it more if the handle was adjustable.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your unit is missing the hardware to assembly. Smaller items such as the knobs, bolts and pins are usually packaged in a small box and can be found in the battery compartment. If you have checked this area and the parts are not there, please contact our customer service center at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) or by email on info@greenworkstools.com and a representative can send out the missing parts to you under warranty. Please just make sure that when you're calling, you have your serial number and date of purchase with you.
