Just what I wanted

Wanted a leather, lift-top ottoman with storage. It’s PU leather and I have a dog with perpetually too long claws so most of the time I keep a towel on top of the ottoman to protect it, but it’s super comfortable to rest my feet on, the dog loves lounging on it, and it’s great for working from home with the laptop or eating dinner while watching a movie. Item was well-packaged and required minimal setup...just attaching the feet.
Was notified upon original order that item was out of stock. Offered option to cancel order or pick an item still in stock. Super glad I waited...it wasn’t long.

Nice design and size

Overall a nice ottoman at a great price. Its size allows for ample storage. The only thing that bothers me a little is that the split open top doesn’t line up perfectly when closed, but I guess that should be expected with it being two separate parts that open up.

The best ottoman ever

Not only is this ottoman made with quality. The fabric is so very soft. And it opens for storage AND lifts up for an eating tray.
It’s so great a friend saw it and wanted one for themselves. They bought ours , since we were moving and we bought a new one.
Highly recommend this ottoman.

Nice Ottoman

We purchased this ottoman, and love the design of it. The way the top is able to open and lift, was very smooth and well built. The color was a little off, but we were able to return it without a problem! We plan to purchase this ottoman but in a different color! Customer service was a little laborious or delayed, but satisfactory!!

This is a very nice unit that fits our decor perfectly. It's well made and the color matches what was shown online. We left the feet off so our recliners lift above it and it does not take away from the design or function.

Great customer service and product.

The product is a described and thus far a great piece. It is a little on the stiff side to sit but the pull out table and storage space is great. The reason for 5 stars is the level of customer service. I wanted to purchase black and they were sold out so the item defaulted to a different color which I couldn't tell. They fixed the issue and got me the right product right away even during the busiest shopping time of the year. Black Friday - Christmas.

This ottoman is beautiful! Has lots of storage and one side opens up and can be used as a table which I think is quite unique. Easily assemble, just have to screw in the legs and done! Absolutely love it and would highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.
