Ordered the bench but never received it. Emailed their customer service, got a next day response saying the order would be looked into, and within 2 weeks the bench was here. Stiff cushion and sturdy.

Perfect for my entryway!

Not perfect but nice bench

It showed up with a big nick in the wood on one side. This should have never passed final inspection. The color of the wood is much darker than in the picture.
