We LOVE this bed! The shelves are the perfect size - our two boys were never big readers but now they love reading since books are right in front of them! On top of that, the bed is solid wood and great quality! Highly recommend for any kids room.

I was looking for a low-profile bed for my young daughter, and this was perfect. Her room is small, so the extra storage for books is what sold it for me. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star is because I was disappointed with the color. It is more ivory than white. It doesn't match the other furniture in the room or the paint on the windowsill next to it. Oh, and the panels are MDF, not solid wood. The main frame is though.

It’s a decent bed, and the bookcases are cute and functional, but the materials are fairly cheap. The wood is thin and flimsy and appears to be several pieces of wood joined together resulting in less structural integrity. We ordered the white bed, and the “paint” looks more like primer than actual paint. The wood grain is visible through the coat of paint giving the bed a slightly yellowish hue rather than the clean white in the image. Assembling was straightforward, but one of the bolts didn’t thread through the slot properly. Price was good, but you get what you pay for. Bed ended up breaking within the first year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
