Unreliable

I’ve had my flex brew for less than a month and it has failed several times. I did everything the instructions said to clean and reset but it still doesn’t work consistently. I got this as gift for Christmas from my father. I know this is an expensive machine. I’m very disappointed. I gave my old Keurig machine away after I got the flex brew and now I regret it.
