So far, so good. I like it can make both single pods, single ground or a full pot
Coffee tastes good. You can also brew 'bold' or regular, which is a bonus.
Easy to clean and toss used pod too.
Works quickly and reservoir is big enough to last a few days.
Hope it holds up. I had to give up on Kuerig after multiple machines failed after a.few months. HB seems better overall, so far.

slow drip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Keurig broke and I ordered this. It works well enough, but, is very slow to drip. The single cup is not a pod, which it states, but, you have to put water in it every time, there is no place to hold water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s too soon for me to give a full review, but I wanted to share my initial experience. Before making my first cup of coffee, I had to prime the machine. It took a few cycles of running it without a coffee pod before the water actually started coming through. Once the water was flowing, I let it run a couple more times to fully clean out the system. Only after that did I feel ready to put in a K‑Cup pod and make my first cup. I like it so far. I love the idea that you can make coffee 3 different ways.
