Not your average water filter system

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am impressed with this water filtering system from Hamilton Beach. So easy to use! Everything is clearly labeled and there is virtually no learning curve at all. The reservoir holds a large amount of water to be filtered. Removable cover makes it so simple to add water. The whole holder section can be removed for filling at the sink, or it can be left in place and manually filled. Another simplicity is there are only two functions - continuous press for manual delivery of filtered water, or press and release for a measured 12 oz filtered water designed for use with a flavor capsule (optional and sold separately). I use both depending on my needs. The capsules create tasty infused filtered water that is simple enough even for children to use. I like the small footprint of the unit. It is slim and long, so it fits into a corner with ease and doesn't take up a lot of counter space. Be sure to do as instructions indicate and run two full reservoirs of water through a new filter. Even after doing it twice, the next few uses had a mild residual smell and taste, not unpleasant, just a bit musty. That disappeared completely after a few more uses.

Good filter, odd design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product functions well but the design has us puzzled. There is a giant gap where the reservoir could have been so much larger. If you want cold water, you have to refrigerate the tank separately from the machine, so there is a lag in when you can access water as you wait for the tank to cool. We had hoped to use this as a replacement for our refrigerator filtered water that recently broke, but it falls short. If your only need is to filter water, then it should do the job for you. We just might suggest getting two tanks if you prefer chilled water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing filtration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Hamilton Beach Aqua Fusion to test and review. It was really easy to set up, from box to use was only 10 minutes. I am really amazed at the difference in taste of the water: tap vs filtered. This will definitely increase my water consumption. Add in the Meyer Lemon pods and I'm extremely happy. This is a great machine, compact and stylish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this with the idea that I would use it all the time for my daily intake of water. It would sit on my counter and at the push of a button I would have a glass of water or even flavored water at my disposal. After using it for a few weeks I have to say that it is making me drink more water than soda and that is a plus. It is very easy to use the flavor capsules, just press the button on the front and it pops open, and you place the capsule inside and close it and push that button on the left. It automatically puts 12oz in your cup and shuts itself off. The fact that it has its own built in removable filter makes it great to turn ordinary tap water into water that is great to drink. The reservoir is removable, so it is easy to fill and replace. I have to say that it has been a great addition to my daily struggle to eat better.

Works Amazing

My family has been drinking more water now that we have it. We love that we can add flavors to the water if we want. Love that it reduces the contaminants from what my family is drinking! Easy set up. Cannot wait to try new flavors to add.
