Great TV but activation issues

After connecting to wifi, I tried to set up the new TV and it tried to do a software update, got to 100% and then just did nothing for about 20 mins. Tried unplugging and trying again, same issue. Tried a 3rd time and now it’s just a blank screen that says Roku in the upper left corner and it won’t do anything. None of the buttons of the remote do anything. No idea what to do
