Big Bang for your Buck

I purchased this for room at my Assisted living facility. The size is perfect for the space and the performance is excellent. My daughter set up Netflix and Spotify and both work well. The speakers sound very good when using the.music app.
The set up was a bit confusing but after resetting to Factory Setting and the update on the TV uploaded everything else fell into to place by following the instructions on the screen.
Great price made this purchase all the better.

Problem with volume

Nice tv but as others online have complained about, either the volume is too low for shows which causes the commercials to blare very loudly or the commercials are just that much louder than the shows. Also no Google play store which was the main reason I got this...I thought for sure it would have it, but it doesn't.
