Missing Channels

All of a sudden I started missing channels and found a forum where there was mention of a system update a few years ago where channels started dropping. Apparently they have no desire to resolve and keep sending me to my cable provider when I know for sure it's not their issue since I have other TVs where I receive these missing channels. DON'T buy Westinghouse Roku TVs. They are the worse!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
