Convection and Air fry do NOT work

They have been out 3 times and the fan still does not come on when the oven is used in Convection bake or Air fry. Works for convection roast. They keep telling me the fan isn't supposed to come on the whole time...funny, that is what the convection roast does, and not having the fan on is what regular bake is for. Would not buy again!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The fan will only run when the bake burner is off during the convection bake. The fan does not run when the bake burner is on and calling for heat.

I am so Happy with this purchase. I Luv to cook anyway but I am totally in Luv with cooking again, especially cooking with my flat bottom wok. I had electric for the last 26 years. Stove finally died and my Husband ran a gas line and it is perfect.

This is an amazing stove/oven. It has wonderful features and easy to use. The oven heats up quickly and water really does come to a boil very quickly. It’s worth every penny!

Almost perfect

The style is beautiful and we’ve loved the features. The only reason it’s not perfect is we’ve only had it a few weeks and the stove grates are already showing wear. I definitely did not anticipate that when we purchased it. Also the alarms are so quiet you basically have to be standing very near with no other sound in the room to hear it.
Otherwise the functionality of it have been great and the overall look is sharp. We enjoy the air fryer use and the stove/oven works as you’d expect.
Ovens these days for slide ins don’t have the overlapping stove so there is a itty bitty gap. I see online you can get inserts. I feel that should come with the stove! They are not cheap for nice ones.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Most Amazing Stove Ever

Bought this for our cabin we're at 8700' and on propane. Our other stove just barely cooked food. Oven heats to 350 degrees in no time, burners are amazing it's much better than our commercial brand at home.

Needs repair out of the box

I am expecting GE to contact me to send a reputable service tech to my house to look at my BRAND NEW range that I paid thousands for. The cooktop is great! No issues at all. The oven is another story. Fan is noisy and sounds like it's hitting metal. I cannot use the airfryer at all. As a matter of fact, I do not even feel safe using the oven. I also question the temperature accuracy of the oven. After GE contacts me, I will adjust my rating based on the level of customer service I receive.
