Fan doesn't work

The convection part is broken, actually it has never worked since I purchased it. I am having trouble connecting with GE to get someone out to look at.

Quality control at factory does not exist. Paint missing and or scratched in multiple places. Not from appliance store b/c it was under protective coverings and film from factory. Rejected first TWO and accepted 3rd but with paint still missing on an edge. Waiting on touch up paint. We gave up and realized a " perfect" damage free range was NOT going to happen in our lifetime. The placement of burners is not well thought out. Both large power burners are in the front and are too large for anything smaller than 12" pot/pan. The medium size burner which is most utilized in our home is in the back and too hard to reach for something that needs constant attention while cooking. The keypad in very touchy and we're constantly turning something on/off accidentally when reaching over it. We didnt have a lot of options and couldnt wait b/c our oven had died. The burners are more powerful than our previous Frigidaire range.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're deeply sorry to hear about the cosmetic problems and the keypad sensitivity. We know these can be quite annoying to deal with. We would recommend ordering touch up paint from our parts store. You can order parts by calling 1-877-959-8688 Mon-Fri 8am to 8pm, Sat 8:30am-5pm ET or by visiting https://www.geappliances.com/ge/parts/.
If you need to lock the controls then you can do so by holding the Cook Time button for three seconds. To unlock, simply repeat the action. We hope this helps. Mike@GEA

I’m in love!!

I love my new GE gas range! I was unsure of my choice because the style is so different and this model has so many features. I tend not to adapt well to something new…but I immediately did! Great look, great cooktop and great oven. The perfect choice for style and special features.
