Great stove that doesn’t work

Design is great, however the air fry and convection oven don’t work. Burners are great, steam clean works well. Easy to clean. Customer service is slow to respond.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing stove

I love love love this stove. The griddle in the middle I use almost daily for several things such as warming tortillas, grilling or browning meat, hash browns etc. the burners are a great size ans oven bales evenly
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stainless scrathches easily

It looks nice, but the stainless is very delicate and already scratched up around the control panel after a month of light use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're terribly sorry to hear that your range is scratched and can understand how annoying that is. Here are some tips you can use dealing with scratches on stainless steel appliances.
Cleaners that contain Oxalic Acid, such as Bar Keepers Friend Soft Cleanser, will remove rust, tarnish, and small blemishes. Use only the liquid cleanser (free of grit) and be sure rub in the direction of the metal grain lines with a damp soft sponge.
If the stainless is scratched, using one of these cleaning methods can often help reduce the appearance of the scratches. For visible scratches, there is not an approved repair method to cover the scratches.
