The temperature adjustment for the burners is very accurate. There is actually a simmer setting. I like that there are 3 shelves inside the oven. I haven't tried all the oven settings yet, but will be trying them very soon.

Gas cooking is the way to go

Everyone said cooking on gas will change my life. It did! Never cooked with gas, had gas line installed and absolutely love the range. The center griddle is used daily.

Only one problem stove arrived with one burner missing. Company is quickly taking care of that. Also there was no owner or parts manual.

I love the features on this stove. The first one I used was the air fryer. The food was fantastic. I love the power boil! No more waiting and watching forever. The feature most utilized is the griddle. I can do a complete breakfast at the same time and everything is hot and ready to serve. This stove is easy to clean and maintain especially with 2 oven cleaning options. The storage drawer is another convenient feature. Can't say enough about this stove!
