Brand new - gas leaks!!!

Don’t buy this oven. Brand new and can’t use it due to gas leak in oven.

Convection Doesn't Work

The convection oven feature doesn't work right out of the box. The store replace it and second one same issue convection periodically turns off during cooking doesn't stay on continuously.

Hi there,
We can definitely understand your concern and will be happy to provide an explanation. The Convection feature on select gas range models incorporates a two-speed fan in the rear of the oven that circulates hot air throughout the oven. The fan runs at 2 speeds (low and high) on convection bake. The fan will only run when the bake burner is off during the convection bake. The fan does not run when the bake burner is on and calling for heat. The fan will cycle on and off frequently; this is normal.

I’ve had my oven for a few weeks now and I’m LOVING IT !! It’s an great addition to my kitchen ! So far so good n I hope it continues that way. The technician that did the install was super friendly, fast, came before my schedule time n very clean ! Get experience!!!

Brand new. Oven failed on day 1.

Nice looking range. Cook top works great. Since the day it was installed the oven has not worked consistently. Sometimes the oven and broiler will heat and sometimes they don’t. Repairman ordered a control panel and we are waiting for a part. Therefore, we have a new stove and 2 weeks without an oven.Not a happy customer
