Fast front burners outperform my 2 year old Samsun

Love the fast front burners. Broiler works well. The simmer burner is correctly adjusted so things don’t boil!
The big oven helps with big holiday meals. I had the steam clean function in last house and it helps keep the oven clean

We love the look, feel and usage of our new stove! The preheat is 1/2 the time of our old range. I am also excited to try the air fry feature. I am so glad we chose this particular slide in range!!

Which Series of this stove are you getting?

In the short time I have had the oven, it has worked well.
This is a question for GE/Haier engineers.
I purchased a JGS760SPSS, but what I did not know is that I purchased a JGS760SP4SS. This is the series 4 version of this oven. When I went to the store, I saw the JGS760SP3SS or earlier version. I know now, because of two delivered ovens, that the storage drawer does not have rolling guides. The series 4 has a plastic piece and a metal track. The part number of the track is not listed and when I called, the rep found it, but looked at resources I did not have as a consumer and even if I needed the part..it's backordered!

My question to the engineers are these?
1. What are the differences between the series 1-4 of this oven, outside of the storage drawer assembly?
2. Are all iterations of the product still available?
I am aware that this does not affect the operation of the oven, but if stores display your product and it is different, that is a mild version of a bait-and-switch, abated by the illustration in your manual that shows that this product has rolling guides.
In other words, there is no earthly way of a customer knowing what oven they are going to get!

Beautiful and Low Profile

I have been happy with the range, and it looks beautiful in my kitchen. I have not yet tried the air fryer portion but am looking forward to that. Lots to learn about this one - but it seems ultra convenient and so far is doing a great job with cooking.
