Love my new range but has a few flaws

I recently switched from electric to gas and I love cooking with gas. This particular range has a timer that has a very quiet beep which cannot be changed to a louder volume and is a problem for anyone with hearing challenges in the upper range of sound. That should be fixed! Also, the area around the burner gets very hot and it's sometimes difficult to stir a pot or skillet because the heat is so intense. (And that's on medium-high or lower.) Other than that, I really do love this range.

It does everything it's supposed to do. I've tried to air fry once. Just reheating french fries. But it worked well. It boils water fast also. We haven't used the griddle yet but it looks like it will work.
