Range did not work when installed.

The convection/air fry feature did not work upon installation. Repairman from retailer tore the NEW range apart and still was unable to find and fix the problem. Now waiting for GE to respond. What a waste.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this stove a few months ago. The cook top is nice and wide. More than enough room for all of my large pots to cook at once. It is sturdy. Beautiful. So happy with my purchase.

I've owned this stove for a couple months now. Love how fast the oven heats up. Air fry works great. I haven't used the convection feature yet. The different size burners on top work nicely. The timer alarm could be louder. It would be easier if the bake function was on a knob instead of having a bake on & off button. The drawer under the oven needs to be sturdier.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far we are happy with the stove. We have had to re-learn at what level to set the burners because they are way hotter than our old stove. So far the only thing not up to par was the steam clean function. It didn’t work as well as we expected.

Having the option of the flattop large center eye is a great feature. Wish it had a better way to trap grease would be helpful, but it is great for pancakes and other items. The oven and the rest of the eyes work well. They are easy to clean and look great.

Nice range

After waiting a month for delivery, the first range was damaged. The back side was bent so badly that the range would not fit all the way back into the opening. The right side was also damaged as well as the drawer. The delivery man gave me the instructions on how to report the damage and then installed the range so I could use it until a replacement was sent. I called customer service about 30 minutes after he left. They already had all the information from the installer and said they would send a new range out. 5 days later, the replacement was delivered and installed. No damage this time! I've been using the range for 5 months now and it's working great! The oven heats up quickly and the temperature is accurate. The air fryer works great! The top burners run a lot hotter than my old range so I'm learning to lower the heat when I use them. I definitely recommend using the lock feature on the control panel because it is very sensitive. Simply wiping over it with a cloth activates the panel. As others have said, the timer is pretty quiet and you pretty much have to be standing right next to it to hear it. The bottom drawer is pretty lame. It won't hold much weight as the glides are plastic. It seems like it would have been constructed better. I have no need for the WiFi feature so I did not set that up and cannot comment on it. So far, I'm happy with range. I hope it lasts me another 30 years like my old GE range did!!
