Owners Manual

I love the product, but without an owner's manual it makes it hard to figure out some of the new features on the product. How to use the air fryer option for example. Also do we have to go back to the dealer to get a middle grate?

I’ve had this range for a little over a month. When you touch anywhere on the control pad it tries to start the oven. Make cleaning the range a neusance.

With that being said, we are sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue with your control panel while trying clean and wipe it down. Your oven has a really convenient feature called "Control Lockout". When activated, all controls will be deactivated.
We would recommend that you try using this feature when you are cleaning the control panel. To use this feature, simply press and hold the Lock Controls pad, for three seconds to lock or unlock the control. Cancel/Off is always active, even when the control is locked. You can find more information on this in the owners manual on page 11 at the link below:

Like the different btu burners

Easy to make creamy scrambled eggs and boil water with the different size burners. I am still figuring out the oven and hot spots. Guess that comes with gas ovens though.

I've never had the slide in style before but I absolutely love the look. And the color is not the standard color and matched my kitchen perfectly. I actually didn't know it had wifi until it was being installed. Those features are neat. I now realize what the fuss was about when I was younger and people were bragging on their appliances. Totally get it now, lol. It heats up quickly. The air fry is new to me but we've been enjoying using that as well.
