This new GE range replaces our old (22 years) GE range which was actually working but did not match our other GE appliances. We went with GE because we know their products are highly reliable and offer great features. We are very satisfied with our new range (love the burners) and look forward to many years of cooking with it.

We've only had our new oven for a month now, but an amazing upgrade over our previous one! Love seeing the temperature rise in preheat & heats up very quickly

Hello there! Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. This is such a beautiful range with many great cooking features. We are so sorry that you were misinformed about an air fry tray being included with this appliance. However, any cookware used with Air Fry mode should be broil safe. A dark, solid baking pan with low rimmed sides, such as a sheet pan, is recommended for use with Air Fry. The darker pan absorbs more heat and promotes better browning and crisping. Alternatively, a baking basket or grid can be used. If you do, make sure you put a broil-safe pan on the rack underneath it to catch any drippings. There is no need to grease your baking sheets. In fact, doing this may actually create a greasy film that bakes onto your pan. Lining your baking sheet with parchment paper works well when air frying in your oven. Love the center griddle which can also serve as a warming tray. The control panel is designed to be more easily because it is on the top and slightly slanted as are the burner knobs. The self cleaning oven also has a steam clean feature I will try for keeping the oven clean. Everything about the design of this range has been built with much input and thought. I’m going to enjoy using it.

Just purchased and love it. Cooking and baking is a dream. Cleaning was so easy.
Wasn't sure I was going to like the airfry feature but glad I got it. Makes the best chicken wings. Probably won't use the WiFi feature but glad it's there .
