Hello,
My stove was not chosen by me. The builder chose the stove. I do not like the dials and electrical buttons right by the dials. Also the stove turns off in the middle of baking.
Not good.

We can understand how upsetting it is when a new appliance doesn't meet your expectations. We'd like to help! On the JGS760, the broil burner, if on, will go off when the door is opened. It will resume operation once the door is closed. This is normal. If you are baking and you open the oven door the fan will also stop running. If you feel there is an issue that needs to be addressed, please take advantage of your warranty and contact GE Consumer Service at 1-800-432-2737. Thank you! Joyce@GEA
