very difficult to adjust flame

turning the knob does not seem to work well with adjusting the flame. You either have high or low

Hello- Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience. When operating your gas burners at different settings, you will most likely not see a difference in flame size. This difference will result in a difference in heat output that affects the speed of cooking. Cooking with gas requires closer attention to the flame than the knob setting. Flames should not be allowed to extend beyond the bottom of the pan. Depending on your model and fuel type, service may be able to adjust the valves to give you better control at the LO setting if needed.

Best convection oven gas range on the market

I did months of research online before choosing my GE convection oven gas range. It has all the options you could possibly need including a removable center griddle which can be interchanged with a standard pan grate.. we used it the first day and it works great! The convection cook and bake options work fantastic! Trust me stop looking around this the convection oven for you…

The range is wonderful. All the burners are useful. Their is enough space to really cook a meal on there. The different I’ve. Setting are great. The quick cooking under the air fryer setting is great for quick weeknight meals.

Very happy with this range

We have had our stove for two weeks and are very happy with it. The controls work well, and the even heating has been a great improvement over my electric ceramic cooktop stove. The gas over seemed a little smelly the one time we operated it, but that may well improve with use. We have had compliments on the range from several people. The stainless finish is a little "persnickety", meaning it requires a bit of polishing, but overall, we are very pleased with our purchase. It certainly was competitively priced compared to other makes and models. It would be great if we had been offered at the time of purchase the burner option for the middle burner. We are still trying to get one of those delivered.
