Have only used it for range top cooking and air fry so far. The burners can be finely adjusted.
But the designs clumsy - controls stick out too far, and the handles keep me from opening a drawer and cabinet on the left. I bought online, but not sure I would have registered the problem with the handles even in a store.
And finally, the griddle is a thumbs down. Not needed very often.
