I'm very impressed by this product. It's light and it powers my laptop, phone, food processor and hair clippers. I have the 60w saga and they work well together. Great invention

I recently purchased the 290 to use in my van conversion. It powers my LED light strips and My MaxxAir ceiling fan.
Runs for hours and recharges in a few hours on the solar panels.
I received unit with a faulty wall plug. Contacted Customer service by phone and they sent out a new charger in a few days.
it works and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I would suggest any of the Jackery products.
Design and finish are top notch and they do what they say they will do.

Seriously had my doubts when I bought it but this system is WAY better than I ever imagined! My unit was fully charged in about 2 hours with the new solar panels that I got with it (didn't use any electric power to get the device charged, only solar panels!) and then started plugging all of my phones and laptops, etc, into it and they all immediately started charging. Watched several short videos and listened to some music on my cell phone after charging it w/the Explorer 290 and had NO problems! REALLY easy to get started and to use! SO happy about my purchase! Thanks Jackery!! Curt

This is everything I could of asked for. I just recently started camping and needed something to power my stuff when I wasn’t at a camp ground. I also use it as back up power around my house. I’ve used it at a few cookouts thus far and have really enjoyed it! This is a great start and I’m looking forward to upgrading my 290 to an even lager model.

Renovating an 1860 Victorian, no Electric. The Jackery charges my power tools, Cell Phone, Laptop and an LED low wattage light all night, absolutely amazing for off grid. I use the 100watt panel can get plenty of power even on somewhat cloudy days in the Midwest Love this setup! Clean free power and quiet, perfect.

Awesome little power unit !!
I bought two for my kids. They use them during our infamous "California power outages" (which happen way too often) to do their homework by powering their laptops and desk lights.
I strongly recommend the Explorer 290 . Easy to carry and store away . Perfect little companion.

Used this during a hurricane in New Orleans. It was HOT outside and this guy ran my fan all night and charged my phone. It was dead after running a fan for about 7 hours but charged pretty fast with the solar panel the next day. The only downside is the time it takes to recharge with the solar panel. Having two would be perfect.
