[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the laptop to be pretty well built with little to no connection issues. The key feature I would say with the model is the amazing audio system as well as a leather skin as an added bonus. However upon receiving the laptop video would frequently glitch and worsen over time. Hopefully this error could be addressed to prevent future computers in this lineup from having the same issues.

Great laptop all around. Heavier than I would’ve liked, but a winner for the average internet consumption person or business user. I have owned an XPS 13, Samsung Galaxy Book, Surface Pro X, Google Pixelbook that are also in the ultraportable category. Love the built in pen.

Absolutely love this build! It’s a great finished product with upgraded processor and delivers amazingly for daily use. The sound bar is addictive to use and conversion to tablet mode is smooth and easy.

Too many issues for such an expensive laptop

Buggy. Just too many little issues for such an expensive laptop. Fingerprint scanner didn't work well, camera stopped working, etc. Too many annoyances in the first weeks of purchasing it. I returned it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
