[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was in many was an amazing laptop. Sound is phenomenal, good port selection, excellent performance. I decided to return it though - even 14" size made it too heavy for my purposes although that's not a reason to lower the rating. However, the fingerprint scanner was very slow and inconsistent (although I did not try to get that fixed) and the camera was only decent. Could do better...

The product is amazing but what frustrated me the most was the website. There was a lot of hoops you had to jump through to purchase the product it would not take my card even though there was plenty of money it kept erroring out and it took me over a week to get it to work.
