[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received my Yoga last week, previously owned a Lenovo ThinkPad and absolutley loved that laptop until I was hospital and food services had spilled a drink all over, and fried it. I am sort of happy it happened due to the fact I was able to get a good deal on my new Yoga.
I must say this is everything I have been looking for in a laptop, super fast, compact, super easy to set up, and made with quality. Not a cheap flimsy laptop, lightweight, and love the size. Ive never had a laptop this fast, literally on, and its ready to go. I love my Yoga 9i, and recommend this product to everyone looking for a fast, portable, and sleek looking laptop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would recommend this laptop for anyone. It's smooth, sleek, everything runs on it pretty well. I would only change the pen when it comes to this device due to how small it feels in my hand. My hand is average sized and the pen feels pretty tiny if you got bigger hands that's bigger than a size medium glove, you may have a little trouble with it especially with the buttons that is on it.
Other than that, I would highly recommend this to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Lenovo brand products for a little over 5 years now; when my last Yoga tragically fell and the screen broke after 4 and half years, I was heartbroken to find out they only replace parts up to 5 years after. My choices were to either send it regardless and possibly waste money shipping it, or purchase a new one. My old Yoga did NOT feel old at all; in fact, it still ran as well as the day I first bought it.
That said, I decided it was probably for the best to get an upgrade anyway; my old Yoga had 256gb of memory and I was ready for something that could handle and do more--and here we are! Even in the time that I was saving up and waiting for this Yoga (which, I admit, was a long time due to shipping delays), I had purchased a Lenovo Chromebook in the meantime and fell in love with that one, too.
It's amazing to me just how thin and sleek these laptops are--and despite that, they're incredibly powerful! I'm a graphic artist, so I need something that can keep up with my heavy art programs and save files, and the fact that I can have that in a compact, non-bulky form is absolutely perfect for me. I've had plenty of laptops, but I think I've found the brand for me for the rest of my life.
I also want to give a shout out to their customer service reps; they were very helpful and kind to me when I expressed concerns over the delivery delays, assuring me that everything was smooth and even taking $109 off my order as a refund just because I'd been so patient. That was one thing about this experience that really sent them over the edge for me and I'm so grateful for that.
Thank you Lenovo; you guys are the best!

Freezes at random, support is awful

I bought this at the end of November, and since then discovered it freezes at random using certain applications. It also won't wake up from sleep by default, and you have to google online a fix (most of which don't work) and the solutions are beyond your average computer user.
Lenovo support has thrown me around for over two months now. When I finally got them to agree to service it, they closed my order without calling me and I had to call back to get it reopened. I would never purchase a laptop from them again. It doesn't matter if it works normally, because it freezes at random and kills my work. I have now called lenovo over ten times about this. If I could, I would return this laptop, but I was outside their one month window before it started freezing up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great laptop. It has the best quality sound of any laptop I have owned. Thunderbolt and a thunderbolt port expansion device allows connection to the devices at my desk (PD charger, monitor, USB receiver for keyboard and mouse and a video camera) with one thunderbolt plug. This makes it easy to unplug and take the computer to the desk or on the road. So much easier than having to plug in all the devices separately.
