[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very sturdy and elegant design. Unfortunately whenever I put videos into full screen it glitches. Also the brightness doesn't always work. I am not sure if this is more of an issue with the laptop or windows 10 which is why it is a 4/5 and not a 3/5.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laptop is extremely fast and works like a charm. The garaged pen is such a nice addition too. The main downside is that the keyboard takes a little getting used to if you previously had a different brand of laptop: my typing speed seems to be faster but I am more prone to making typing mistakes with the 9i.
