Very happy with the laptop itself but mine did not come with garaged pen. I called twice before they sent me another pen and I was sent a pen that does not fit in the garage of my laptop. I tried calling again to let them know this and they told me that there were no other available pens compatible with my laptop. Wasn’t sure what else to do but this was the one real negative to me.

Great Laptop with amazing speakers and flexibility

So far I am happy with the laptop. Fast, light and the speakers sound great. I have two gripes with the laptop though. 1. This is my first windows laptop as I was always a Mac guy. The amount of updates and forced restarts is annoying. Not technically this laptop's fault but thought I would vent. 2. The finger print scan works about 25% of the time. I have 3 unique users with their own profiles and each one has the same issue. It barely works and we have to rely on our pins.
Very difficult to press the left and right click buttons on the touchpad, I had to buy an external mouse to work with this. Screen jitters sometimes for no reason. Very disappointed with the feel of the touchpad, I have used many laptops with no problem, never had to buy an external mouse before, but this touchpad is impossible to work with, my thumb is sore from pressing too hard.
