Yoga 9i problems

I bought Lenovo Yoga 9i few months ago and this is the loudest laptop I ever had! This looks like a fan makes super loud noise that I have to wear my earbuds. I spoke to help desk support and they mentioned I have to ship the laptop for repairs which will take up to 10 business days. I asked them for loaner since this is obviously manufacturing issue, but they said no such option is available. If I knew what would happen, I would never buy it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great convertible laptop so far.
Pros:
* I like the finger-print reader speed and convenience.
* Incredible screen - I got UHD (3840 x 2160)
* Battery life is amazing, lasts at least 8 hours, haven't really tested it well but it's great.
* Solid build. I was worried the flip style would feel cheap, but the hinge is great and works smoothly
- When using the stylus, wrists and hands on the screen don't impact it at all
- Camera has a small physical slider that covers the lens
Cons:
- Stylus doesn't have flip to erase function.
* Sometimes the stylus says it's not charging when it's in the port. Not sure what's up with that yet.
- I wish the better touchpad and fingerprint reader features were available without the leather back - or with a vegan leather alternative.
- Camera is low quality with no option to upgrade
* RAM is soldered on so I can't upgrade it later. I understand this is for the form factor, but then also the highest memory option should be higher than 16GB.
* I'm sure I'll figure out a work-around, but right now the screen print button always opens the snipping tool. I don't want that to happen, I tried turning on and off Function Lock. Just a bit annoying right now. I wish the Lenovo Vantage software let me customize with more granularity.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how lite and convenient it is to carry and take anywhere. I wish it were a 15" instead of a 14" but I can still work on all of my photography and the graphics are amazing. I can actually see what my photos look like and the colors are vivid. I love the 2 n 1. I am still getting used to it, but so far all is well!!
Purchased as a graduation present for my grand-daughter, and she loves it. The display is bright and clear with a narrow bezel that makes it appear larger than the actual 14". Colors are impressive. Startup was quick and easy. The speakers produced clean and crisp sound, and the voice prompts during startup were easy to understand. My observation was brief but impressive. Opening the 3D Paint app was very quick and seemed to be a big hit on the touch screen. The included pen appears to be very accurate, but I think there will be a short learning curve in order to get the most benefits from it. Overall, the Yoga 9I (14") 2 in 1 Laptop was worth the cost.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new laptop. It’s the perfect size with killer graphics and an extremely smooth integrated software system. Yoga is lightening fast and charges even faster. Plus the stylish cover saves it from everyday scratches and wear. Lenovo gets a 10/10 for this one! Kudos!
