Sent back for repairs after 50- days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] n my time I have bought 3 Lenovo Desktops and 4 Lenovo Laptops. However in January I bought a Yoga 9-14ITL5. It had a problem that occasionally it wouldn't wake up from sleep mode, A minor inconvenience. However I then got messages saying I had to wait 2 hours to reboot. I called the Tech support at Lenovo and they took control of my Laptop. After they handed control back my Laptop wouldn't even reboot. I have now had to send it to the Lenovo repair center in Houston. This after 50 days!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It was broken. The WiFi connection maxed out at 10 mbps instead of 100mbps. I had to return it. I bought an Apple MacBook. It works fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only issue i had is that the charger it came with was not the right one. The 3 prong plug is not the standard one for US outlets. When I called customer service they said that that is what Lenovo normally sends out and that the customer is expected to purchase an adapter. I was not aware of it nor does it make sense. I suggest if that is the case then it should be highlighted up front with the product features so we are not taken by surprise. Anyway I was told that I would be issued a $23 refund towards purchasing an adapter So for that alone I take away 1 star.
Otherwise the Laptop is a nice size. Love the leather cover. Keyboard and touch screen are great. Touch pad is okay although I would have liked to have a track point.
Still too early to tell since I have only had it for less than a month. I have not tried out the tablet feature or the pen. But so far everything else is working well and I have no complaints. Great for personal use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This computer was way too expensive to be crashing and freezing all the time, which it does. I found some Intel graphics setting to turn off that reduced, but did not stop, the freezing. I specifically bought this laptop because of its specs and power. It's very disappointing because my last lenovo laptop also had a ridiculous crashing problem. I guess it was foolish to trust lenovo again. When this laptop is working and not breaking (and again, it does break fairly often), it's really good. Too bad it sucks to much. Don't waste your money. Lenovo has broken my trust too many times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sturdy construction, and the keyboard is incredibly comfortable and responsive. The 11th Gen Intel CPU is worth getting, I was amazed at how fast and snappy the system is. I frequently use Adobe products, and the integrated video and CPU have handled a pretty heavy graphics load without so much of stutter. I am very please with my purchase.
