[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This computer has been fantastic so far. My only complaint is that the fingerprint sensor is very hard to see, so it can be difficult to unlock the computer at times.

Also, sometimes the pen is challenging to remove from its port. Overall, I do like the laptop so far. I will update if anything changes.

Within 72 hours I've already had the machine completed freeze 5 times. It's required a hard reboot each time. This has happened when running OneNote or just Edge. Either this is a refurbished machine which wasn't well repaired, or quality control is lacking. I'm debating whether to bother with an exchange or just ask to return it for a refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
