[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this laptop as a replacement for a defective C940 after months of dispute. Overall it works well. Out of the box, you might experience some weird glitches that will require Googling to troubleshoot - for mine, the default Bluetooth setting resulted in a laggy mouse, which I was able to resolve. It shipped with a random nick on the exterior and another on the sound bar, which do not impact use, but they reflect frustratingly poor quality control on Lenovo's part for a device that is supposed to be eye-catching.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried a lot of 2 in 1s and this was the best by far. Only minor issues were w the finger id which was less sensitive than regular pads (wish it had facial recognition) and the track pad as it was occasionally difficult to know when your fingers were on it or off the edge onto the wrist pad. I liked how the glass was always cool. Screen is amazing, bright and crisp, 14 is the perfect size I think, 13 laptops are too small. I tried the 15, way too big and heavy but i thought the dedicated graphics card on 15 would offset that, but it didnt. Battery life is fantastic (don’t rec 4k due to battery life and think 4K is better for desktops anyhow). It ran games ok, couldn’t do fortnite at high graphics settings but it did run well at medium. Fan got a little loud when pushed which as w most PCs doesn’t take much, but as most gamers wear headsets it’s not an issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After waiting 2 months for this order, I turned on the new laptop, screen does not work. Contacted premium support, got a case number. Then I had to call sales, on hold for 20 minutes. Their answer was: "it will take 3 plus month for a replacement".
I spend over one hour on the phone just to find out that there is no replacement??
This is not acceptable, I am returning the laptop and will never buy another Lenovo product.

Overall good, but has overheating problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having this laptop for a month, I noticed that it has overheating problems. It overheats within 30 minutes, I don`t know if it might be problem with RAM or storage but I have searched online to see what the possible problems might be. I am planning on buying a cooling pad.
