Great when it works

PC does not shut down upon selecting shutdown, only restarts. Also had an issue with it freezing randomy, in the middle of using the web or microsoft apps.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The laptop itself is good. It had a premium look and the leather cover has been holding up okay the first couple of weeks. It's also been smooth and with the i7 11th Gen, 8GB Ram, and 512 GB SSD, able to handle most of my day to day tasks.
The biggest drawbacks to this laptop are its premium features - the track pad with it's very unnatural feeling haptic feedback is extremely annoying even after you modify your habits while using it. The palm rest is completely made of glass, and while this looks good, it can be difficult finding the fingerprint sensor.
Honestly, I'd recommend you get the mica one as it has a better, normal track pad with a click feel to it. And the fingerprint sensor is not ultrasonic and performs better.
The track pad is a big let down and many users will be disappointed with it. So, I can only give this laptop 3/5

Love all the features except the leather cover

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought my laptop and it seems to have all the features I was looking forward to in replacing my old Dell laptop. It never occurred to me that I had to worry about leather material on the device itself, since it was not prominently included in the description I overlooked to review additional features. This would have changed my purchasing decision. Please do away with leather material on future generations of the model.
