Keypad issue - it will repeat letters at random times.

I am not used to a laptop being so big so that has been a challenge. The only other problem I have is that sometimes when typing it will repeated letters for no reason.

I highly recommend this laptop. I like the bigger screen. The laptop is so much faster than my previous HP. The only this I would change would be to add a backlit keyboard, but I can function without it.

The only thing that I don't like about the laptop is the color. There are flakes of white in the black that make me think it's dusty. That's it. It's been a great asset. I take it everywhere.

I have to keep adjusting the tilt of the screen to see the contents ,especially when the background of the screen is dark. Also, the white characters on the black keyboard keyboard are hard to read.
Also, I had a hard time verifying my warranty. I got it resolved.

The operating system failed after 5 days. I spent 3 hours on the phone downloading "a fixed operating system" and after 1 day it failed. I returned the laptop. There must be a lack of quality control.
