Lives up to the hype and makes everything you want

Makes chicken in 10 min, and it's nice and it's juicy. Veggies end up perfect. And you can make donuts? All in record time and with minimal cleanup , effort and power usage. Only thing I'm wondering is why I held out so long before buying one.

Universal air fryer

In my humble opinion this is far more useful than the Actifry XL I also own. Mainly because it has a larger element and you can adjust the temp and time where the XL only allows you to set the time. And not having a paddle is an asset in that it doesn't break up the fries. Cleans up VERY easy, I am amazed at how well the bottom rack comes clean with a brush.

Cooks well, tastes like plastic

Made sure every bit of plastic was removed from the inside, except for the silicone feet.
Did a test run for 30 min at 400. Entire house smelled like plastic. I got cancer that day, should have done it outside.
Have used the product 7 times since, and depending on how much salt is in your food, you can still taste plastic. Tater tots are the worst.
That being said, there are a lot of great reviews so maybe im just a supertaster or something. The product cooks really well and is very easy to clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product

I love my instant pot vortex plus air fryer. However, I've never owned a deep fryer or air fryer before. I did though watch tons of videos of review of different air fryers. The features I like most about the vortex: the square design; the beeps indicating preheating, turning food (like a built in timer) reminders; auto shut off when I open the chamber I don't have to press a pause button; the dial I don't have to press buttons million times. I tried air frying breaded pork chop, breaded chicken thighs, cornish hen, baked mini potatoes, frozen chicken wings. The air fryer makes cooking very convenient I don't have to keep eyes on them. In and out and Voila. Taste test: like any "healthier" option, it is not as delicious as real deep frying but I think my waistline thanks me. I use avocado sprays to coat all my food and it's all satisfying guilt free comfort food.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Capacity and hear really do the job .
Definetly some thing are still better in a oven but surprisingly grilled cheese , fries hotdogs are way better
