Not happy so far

Took over 1hr. to cook 2 steaks, and they were still cold on the inside. I did them at 400 degrees on air fry. I tried french fries at the same time in the other basket. 400 degrees on air fry. I used a 1 kg bag of french fries. After 1hr, they were still cold and gross.
Totally ruined the night and dinner. Not happy at all. Will be calling the manufacturer, to find out what is going on.
