Buyer beware

I bought this open box May 23, 2023. It's now making a ticking sound and doesn't work at all 2mos later. Very disappointed as I thought Raycon products were supposed to be good.
I should've realized though when the sound quality was staticy and distorted the first time I used. But assumed that was due to it being low on power as the quality got better when I charged it. But no, it's actually just crappy.
