Makes mixing a breeze!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you own a KitchenAid stand mixer, this pastry beater attachment is a MUST! It breaks down and mixes up butter in a matter of seconds; leaving a creamy mixture that is perfect for pie crust. And although the attachment lends itself to making crusts or rolls, it also can break apart meats, fruits, and veggies. I was able to make mashed potatoes with the skin on and cut down on so much time and energy by just popping them in the mixer and using this attachment. It cuts right through things with no effort whatsoever! I also love that it came with a little pastry scraper, which comes in handy. The beater itself is high quality, sturdy, and heavy and is coated with a smooth enamel. It’s easy to use and clean, and attaches easily. I recommend it for anyone who has a KitchenAid!
