Blue water tank cracked immediately after use

We bought this product through best buy, immediately after use the blue water tank started developing crack and the water from the tank is getting leaked.
Tried to contact the manufacturer to report the issue for return or replacement, we have not got proper response so far.
I feel this product is very fragile , less quality or testing not done properly. The quality of the plastic they use to make the water tank needs to be improved I feel.
