Thought it would be new

The tablet showed up in a box with plastic like new but when I opened the box the tablet had been taken out of the protective sleeve already and there was contamination on the screen and a sticker and finger prints on the back. Also the tablet didn't have any screen plastic like new objects do. Very strange looking. I didn't know I would be upgrading to a used item. This should be disclosed at purchase. Otherwise good purchase.

Could not get the SIM card to work twice. Have always used Apple products in the past. Returned surface go 3 and getting a iPad Pro. Will never go away from Apple and this is why.
