Excellent tall humidifier with large capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had 4 humidifiers in the last couple of years trying to find the right one, this is my favorite! It stands on the floor (saves counter space) and puts out a good amount of mist. I have it on level 2 (of 3) which is a good amount but not overwhelming. The directions say to not put it on wood or carpet flooring...I guess that just leaves cement basement floors?? I have it on our wood floor and it is blowing far enough out the top on this setting that the floor isn't wet around it so I think I'm good.
I LOVE that at the top where the mist comes out it is designed in a way that it can swivel around and also is in a bowl shape so as water drops form they fall back into the tank. With previous humidifiers I had to wipe up the pooling water every day or two to keep it from running down the side.
The size of the water tank is impressive, you can pull the top off and take it to the sink and try to fill it up if you want...but it's way better just to remove the top grey part and pour water in (good design). I fill it with a Brita pitcher about every day. It's been running for a few day straight with no issues!
I also looks like a rocket, so of course when I was taking it out of the box with my son we made rocket noises and had it blast off. If you do the same (which I highly recommend) then be careful because the bottom of the unit is stuck pretty tight in Styrofoam but then falls off when you get it out of the box. It survived a 3 foot fall onto the floor so it seems to be built pretty well!
The only negative I have is that there is a built-in humidity sensor and it seems to be way off. It is showing around 55% humidity but it's a few feet away from my thermostat which shows a 21% humidity (and I believe it because it's winter and I'm using the humidifier because it's so dry). That's not a big deal to me because I'll just be using it during the winter and I want it to run all the time, I'll also take responsibility for that and say it could certainly be off because of the 'rocket incident' mentioned above. Overall this is a great humidifier and I highly recommend!

Surprisingly Silent

I brought this a few days ago, and got here I’m record time. Got two of them and they have been working flawlessly. They are surprisingly silent and really do hold 2 gallons. So much easier to fill from the top and not have to lug around the tank from the Bathroom to the unit. We love the nightlight (huge hit with my child) and the essential oils tray. Only downside was one of the remotes was broken/not functional, but Crane took care of it right away! I have been waiting for this one to come available and it was worth the wait! Give it a try you will be a happy you did!

Stylish and gets the job done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got more than I bargained for with this humidifier. It has more settings than any humidifier I’ve ever owned. It’s a stylish tower and has an adjustable nozzle so you don’t moisturize your wall. The remote is handy handy to have as well. It includes an aroma therapy tray, and also has a really cool colorful light that you can turn on or off but is soothing and great for kids. It seems to auto shut off as well once humidity reaches a certain level. The only difficulty I’ve had is filling it. It needs to be filled at my kitchen sink, and held at the same time since it’s round in shape and doesn’t balance well. Overall, I’d highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Crane 2gal.Tower Humidifier a few days ago..This is now our 5th large and we also use the ultra sonic mist humidifiers in the kids rooms..When it comes to asthma and allergies and this supper dry aired winter we are having you can't ask for a better product..We love the 2 gal top fill sz..and the remote comes in handy..we do use the aroma tray for our oils that adds a healing scent and brightens the whole house. I enjoy the color changing nite lite as much as the kids do too...
Set your timer if needed an your speed..and the mist levels and breathe easier...Love the style too...its fits in with any decor...We as a family highly recommend all Crane products and the 2 gal tower humidifiers and the ultra sonic too!!

This Crane Tower Humidifier is definitely the best that I’ve tried! First, it has a large capacity at 2 gallons. Despite the tank size, it does not take up too much space because of the tower shape. I love that it is a top-fill design! It makes refilling so much easier! There is a built-in UV light. Lastly, I really like how quiet it is while running. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend!

High Quality Ultrasonic Humidifier

We got this humidifier for our main living space. The humidifier exceeded our expectations. It's low profile, works very well, quiet, and does a good job dispersing the cool mist in our living room/kitchen. It's very easy to refill and have it working all day without refilling it. It holds quite a bit of water and has the option of using it for aromatherapy.
It's convenient to have the remote and be able to set the humidity level and the mist level. You basically have everything you need in this humidifier! 100% recommend if you are looking for a quality humidifier for a larger space.

Build up in the mist channel

I cannot believe the amount of mold build up in the mist channel. And it’s so long, it’s such a challenge to clean. Surprised they don’t provide a proper length brush to thorough clean the mist channel. There is perpetual orange & red build up that a tooth brush and a tip can’t reach, but a bottle cleaning brush is too thick for this channel.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this humidifier

This humidifier is my favorite! I love that the tank is super big so it last for a couple days but the compact design makes it super easy to have. Plus it stands on its own so I don't waste space on my nightstand. And it comes with a remote control. They really thought of everything with this one!
