Purchased 2 identical systems. One worked out of the box, the other would not boot. Called Acer, spent several hours troubleshooting, finally got them to create a case and send a thumbdrive with the reboot software. After 2 weeks, no thumbdrive, had to call again and start from scratch. Thumbdrive reboot wasn't working correctly so had to spend 5 hours getting the computer set up so it would boot up and allow me to use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
